What you will be doing: Diverse caseload of elderly and NDIS clients Office, WFH and community working with your caseload created around your home location Evidence-based assessment and therapy for individuals with communication and swallowing disorders Liaising with other team members and external stakeholders Why this role: Earn between $80,000 - $110,000 super Work collaboratively with other Speech Pathologists as well as Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists Weekly Professional Development sessions and team meetings Structured shadowing and induction period Mentoring either weekly or fortnightly with an Experienced Speech Pathologist Phone and Laptop provided Access to pool cars for full-time team members Ongoing support with an approachable and supportive management team No billable targets with a focus on quality therapy!
